€ 120,– (per team) until and including May 4^th – after May 4^th and for on site registrations (until 10:00) an additonal fee of € 50,– will be charged! 

Package fee for participation in both team championships: € 199,– per team (= € 99,50 per championship) if we receive the fee latest by April 17^th. 

Attention: There‘s no refund on package fees!

All Austrian and international clubs are welcome. Fantasy teams (players from different clubs) and fantasy team names are permitted. For participation in the Austrian Team Championship, please refer to the German version.

A team consists of four players! Each team can register up to two substitute players, who are eligible to play whenever needed. The line-up requires the following ranking: Each person is allowed to have a maximum of 200 Elo more than the team-mate on the next higher board. The FIDE-Rapid-Rating of May 1^st is relevant – if not available, see below. 

9 rounds Swiss System: 10min + 5sec per player; Ranking: Teampoints, Tie-break: 1. GP, 2. BH-C1, 3. BH, 4. EGGSB, 5. shared place

Relevant: 1. FIDE Rapid Rating, 2. FIDE Standard Rating, 3. Austrian Standard Rating. Tournament will be FIDE rated.

Players who are registered on chess-results do not need to register again on site. The website is only updated irregularly; there is no need to contact us.

The best-ranked Austrian Team will receive the title “Austrian Rapid-Team-Champion 2026“. The best-ranked Austrian Female Team will receive the title “Austrian Women Rapid-Team-Champion 2026“.

Both titles require a minimum of three participating teams.
